My journey into marketing started in the world of traditional comms, where I spent five solid years at Imperial Innovations. My days were filled with managing website redesigns, penning press releases, coordinating annual reports, and creating leaflets—meticulously crafted and highly effective. Then later I co-founded a street food business, Hao Hao Chi. And that's where I fell into the world of digital marketing.

With Instagram and Facebook, I grew our brand and won over loyal customers. I built our Shopify website, used CRM tools, and sent newsletters that didn’t just inform—they sold. Somewhere between designing dumpling posts and perfecting email campaigns. That’s when I realised digital marketing wasn’t just a skill—it was a passion...

Since then, I’ve helped diverse clients with social media and brand strategy, and earlier this year, I completed a Digital Marketing Bootcamp, walking away with a 91% score for my "Launch a new brand and service" assignment and even sharper skills. From PR to paid ads, street food to strategic growth—it’s been quite the journey.
